IDENTITY CARD

  • Every student will be issued and identity card. The student is required to carry his/her identity card at all times whilst he/she is at the Institute and produce it when requested.
  • This identity card issued to a student is Institute Specific. A student has the privilege to utilize the facilities provided to him/her in the particular Institute he/she has got the admission,and will not be valid in any other Institute.
  • In case of loss of Identity Card, a duplicate shall be issued subject to a written request from the student, after paying the applicable fee of Rs. 1001-
  • The Identity Card is valid only for the duration of the programme.

ATTENDANCE

  • Every student is expected to maintain attendance in theory and practical sessions.
  • However, an attendance of 80% is required to appear for examination or certification.
  • Deficiency in any required work resulting from absence from class must be made up to the satisfaction of the instructor.
  • A student who is absent from a course without adequate reason may be assigned a failing grade.
  • Any student remaining absent for more than 21 days without notice in writing,will be declared dropped out and his/her name will be struck off the rolls. In such an event, no claim for refund of fee will be entertained.

LIBRARY

  • Students can make use of the library facility, available at each of its Centre.
  • To use this facility, the student has to pay a refundable library caution deposit of Rs. 500/-
  • The books whose value is less than or equal to the caution deposit can be issued to the students.
  • Rest of the books can be used for reference purpose only and won't be issued.
  • In case of loss or mutilation of any book, the caution money will be forfeited.
  • The students are required to follow all the rules of the library.
  • The books are to be returned within the due date.
  • A late fee of Rs. 10 per day will be charged for the duration for which the book is kept over due.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Every student is given a payment plan at the time of admission.
  • The payment plan includes the fee for the courses and the courseware.
  • The students are required to make their payments as per the plan.
  • The fee payments are due on the 1st of every month.
  • A grace period of 7 days is provided for the payment of fees.
  • If the fee is not deposited even on the 7th day of the month, an applicable late fee is charged.
  • If the student does not pay his fees even after the 10th of the month, his/her name would be automatically struck off the rolls.

UNIFORM

Students are required to wear the prescribed uniform within institute campus in the Lab and in other get together and ceremonial functions. The details of the uniform can be collected from the office.

DECLARATION

I hereby declare that I have read and understood the conditions of eligibility for the programme for which I seek admission. I fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria and have been provided with necessary information in this regard. In the event of any information found incorrect or misleading my candidature shall be liable to be cancelled by the institute/university at any time and I shall not be entitled to refund of any fee paid by me. The institute is free to take to take action according to the rules of the institute.
